Allow the energy to come up from your feet and stirrup through your center up through your spine out your head , Resist with gummy spine and Scapulas ,arms hanging to elbow through the-reins to the tongue and lips with the slightest massaging feel of the reins that stays softly resistant and constant. Use your glutes to draw your thighs back as you hug your thighs to stabilize yourself as you Rock the pelvis forward To pressure the bottom of the pelvis underneath the p***s bone to contact and shove the saddle and Horse forward in the correct timing ,with your lumbar sacral core muscles. Grow tall and arched as you elastically Shove. Create the flexion of the jaw and relaxed chewing to bring the energy back and allow the energy of the hunches to step further under ,then let the horse be forward at liberty. Legs without hands and hands without legs
