We are an AAHA accredited veterinary hospital that is dedicated to providing the best healthcare for your pets on a walk-in basis since 1961. At Bluffs Animal Hospital, we know that it is not always convenient to schedule and keep appointments concerning your pets medical care. In addition, illnesses and accidents are unpredictable and occur at inconvenient times. It is for these reasons that sinc

e we opened our doors in 1961, we have enjoyed being a walk-in hospital. Our clients are encouraged to walk in when it is convenient or when their pets need us. Veterinarians are on duty at 8:00 am and are happy to see you and your pets until closing time at 5:30 pm on the weekdays and 12:00pm on Saturdays. Established clientele may also drop off their pets during the day and our staff will provide care as needed. We do make daily appointments for surgery, dental cleanings, boarding, grooming and bathing. Please visit our website for more information.

Happy Vet Tech appreciation week to all of the incredibly compassionate, talented, strong individuals that put their heart and souls into Veterinary Medicine.
Here at Bluffs we have a staff appreciation week because without our amazing Vet assistants, Office manager, Receptionists and Kennel staff our hospital wouldn’t operate. Twenty-Five hard working, dedicated individuals make up our Bluffs Animal Hospital team. This whole week we’re celebrating everyone with goodies. They are a non profit that supports the silent victims of Domestic Violence, the animals. They belive no person should ever have to chose between their own safety and that of their animals. Last minute safety tips for your pets—
🎆 Pick up medication TODAY calming medications can help with the noises
🎆 Give them LOTS of exercise during the day and a safe space for the night such as in a crate or a quiet room to ensure their safety and don’t run out
🎆 Make sure your pets Microchip and ID tags are up to date just incase they get out
