⚠️⚠️It’s a popular time of year for rawhide chews. These chews are dangerous presents. If you’re gifted one, it’s best to throw it away. 🗑️

🐾Rawhide chews are a byproduct of the leather industry, not the meat industry. They are not digestible.

🐾Rawhide chews are not only a choking hazard but they can cause life threatening blockages. This chew can quickly become the most expensive chew you’ve ever bought.

🐾During the holidays rawhide sales skyrocket. They look like a great present, often dyed in Christmas colors or glued into Candy Canes.

🐾Since rawhide is a byproduct of the leather industry it’s cleaned using chemicals such as : formaldehyde, lye and bleach.

🐾Rawhides are painted with pretty colors and glued into different shapes

🐾These chews shouldn’t even be on the market, yet pet stores everywhere are selling them.

🐾Please, if you have one of these chews in your house or if you’re ever gifted one, just throw it away. Kindly inform your friends. You could save a life.

🐾You won’t ever find rawhide in our store. All of our chews are digestible and they’re what we trust to give our own pets.
