Unfortunately at this time there is a water leak at the road near our shop, and as a result we currently do not have water. The salon will have to close until the leak has been repaired. We will keep everyone posted and reach back out to our clients that have appointments that need rescheduled.
In order to provide quality care to the pets currently on our schedules at this time we will not be able to accept any additional full service dog grooming appointments for the remainder of the year. If you already have an appointment and are pre booked your spot is still reserved for the rest of the year. We will still book for nail trims, and possible bath appointments shortly in the future.
We do have a few cat grooming appointments still available, but please be patient as we only offer cat grooming a couple days a week.
As there is no receptionist at our facility the stylists are returning messages between pets and at the end of shift. With the Labor Day holiday at the beginning of the month and our continuing education conference last week we are behind on our messages. If you have tried to contact us regarding an existing appointment or one you need to reschedule please reach out to us again. We care about all our clients and their furry family members, and wish to provide the best care we can when the pets are with us. Cancellations happen occasionally and we are happy to fill those, any information may be texted to 814-424-2328 and we will reach out to new or previous clients if an appointment becomes available.
