We believe it is just as important to treat the pet family as well as the pet. We want to ensure the hope, healing and well-being of our patients extends to the rest of the family. We strive to have everyone who leaves our hospital know they received the best care possible and are loved and appreciated.

Our Approach to Care
Every patient is special. From the moment you walk in the door, you and your pet are a part of our family. Our staff, as well as Dr. Ash, make sure they take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. We recognize our patients are all different and all need to be treated for the individuals they are. You can trust that your pet will receive the love and the care they deserve.
Dr. Ash believes sick animals go through five stages before the start to get the relief they deserve.
Stage 1: Sick animals have to show the symptoms and wait until their owner notices their pet has an illness.
Stage 2: Sick animals have to wait until their owner to takes them to the doctor.
Stage 3: Sick animals have to wait until the doctor reaches the correct diagnosis.
Stage 4: Sick animals have to wait until the doctor conducts the correct medical treatments.
Stage 5: Sick animals have to wait until the correct medical treatments are effective and the animal finally feels relief.
