When you're at the dog park by a memorial plaque for a loved one who showed many champion Dobermans, of course you need to think that there is a reason this handsome guy was also there visiting the park at the same time! Hello wonderful park supporters and visitors. Let's challenge ourself to be a dog park where snow angles would be safe. Pick up the p**p as it happens and it will make for a much cleaner space as the winter comes. (Snow angels can be made at your own discretion ❄️)

Friendly reminder : As the weather gets colder, we want to send a reminder out to continue to pick up the dog p**p. The freezing and thawing make for a more difficult cleanup, and letting it all go till spring just isn't an option. 💩

Park Update:
🚧 Small dog shelter.Concrete work will begin 8-17 and be completed by 8-21. Once it is cured the Village of Bellevue will erect the structure.
🦅 We have an Eagle Scout project in the planning stages. For the large dog area.
🛖 We would like to add pavilion type structures over the park gates.
💲 Looking for sponsors. To help with improvements to the dog park

CONSTRUCTION Sunday June 11th. Eagle Scout Paul Goral will begin installing his dog ramp. The area should be fenced off. They will be bringing in supplies through the maintenance gates. It will be done in two stages. The second stage will be on Saturday the 17th
SHELTER for small dog area. Installation delayed do to all cement contractors being booked up. We're looking at early fall. Call the Bellevue Parks department if your business wants to put in a bid.

*Shout out to the Village of Bellevue. They will be laying the cement pad & erecting the shelter in the small dog area. ** Paul Goral is ready to install his Eagle Scout project. A large platform for dogs with ramps.(Both depend on the weather).*** We received a donation in memory of Steven Zimmerman. A memorial will be placed in the park.
