Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our clients and friends. Kathryn and I will be enjoying time with our families and will return to the shop Jan 2. We are looking forward to an exciting 2024 season, this will be our 20th year at Parks Pooch Parlor! Wishing you all a happy and healthy howliday!🐾🐶. Just a friendly reminder, our appointment book for the first half of 2024 (Jan through July) opened up on Aug. 1 2023. Currently almost all those appointments are filled. Jan 1 our appointment book will open for everyone to book the second half of 2024 (Aug-Dec). So you will always book your appointments in Aug and January. Thank you to everyone that has booked their appointments ahead!

Tomorrow is the big day!🐾🐶🐾. We open our schedule book so that appointments can be made from Jan-Aug 2024. We will need to know the date and time of your last appt for 2023 so please have that ready. Kathryn and I will be getting back to people as quickly as possible to get you scheduled. Please be patient and kind. We appreciate everyone!!
Our No show/No call rules have changed. First no show is a warning. Second no-show there will be fee of 50% of that missed appointment. Third no show you will have to find a new groomer. This also includes scheduled nail trims. We understand that emergencies come up or plans change, we simply ask that you give us a call and let us know. There is a voicemail that a message can be left at any time of the day or night. 1-419-483-1520.
Due to the fact that we are completely booked so far in advance we are still NOT accepting any new clients. Our goal is to continue to maintain good quality haircuts and give each dog the time they need in order to get the job done.

July 10 will be our first day back at the shop. We took a little vacation to spend time with our families and also have 11 trees cut down and the shop that fell during the storm. Enjoy your holiday weekend. 🇺🇸🎆🐾🐶🦴
