We hope everyone is safe and sound from last night’s storm. It looks like we lost 2 trees in the median. No decisions yet on the plan for those. We will have information regarding those and the sign later this month.
If anyone is in need of help with limbs, please reach out to one another if you can help. We have been great at being there for each other in times of need, so let’s continue that.

WE WILL PICK UP EXTRA TRASH AND RECYCLABLES ON YOUR NEXT REGULAR SERVICE DAY FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY CUSTOMERS AND FOR ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WERE MISSED DUE TO THE WEATHER. Now that the 36th street expansion is complete in our area, we can begin replacing the entrance sign. In addition we can clean up the entrance island.
We are looking for ideas of what to do.

Wishing all of our Heartland Hills families a safe and happy 4th of July!

Please remember fireworks hours are until 10pm Saturday and Sunday. Midnight on Monday.
If you need to report after hours fireworks, please call the non-emergency number & NOT 911.

If you have pets it’s a good idea to keep an eye on them & bring them in before dark. Daytime fireworks may scare them away from home. Please make sure they are not getting out while hosting activities and ensure they have a safe place to go during the evenings fireworks festivities.

If you know a veteran in your neighborhood, please reach out and see if there is anything you can do to help them. Fireworks works can be difficult for veterans & others at this time of year.

Our neighbor in Clearwater Falls dog snuck out of their yard today. If you have seen it please reach out.

And remember with these hot temperatures, your fur buddy can burn their paws on the hot pavement. Walk in grass.
If you have to leave your pet outside, please provide shade & have a constant supply of water available.
Our neighbors are excellent resources so if anyone needs help with their pets there is someone that can help.

Hi everyone! With COVID & social distancing still hanging around it can make Easter egg hunts difficult. If we could safely organize a hunt between Heartland Hills/Fox Ridge, would you be interested?

Please indicate yes, no, or have other plans so we can determine if we should go forward. We’ll need to know by Friday evening so we can get things set up if we proceed.

We are looking into installing a pet waste station. Please like our post if this is something you would like to see happen. If there is a specific location you would like it at, please leave us a comment.

With the annexation of our subdivision and the city of Bellevue absorbing some of our cost, we are suspending HOA dues for the year. Our dates run from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021. During this time there will be nothing due and we will continue to assess dues on a yearly basis.
If you have any recommendations of improvements to our area that we can use our current funds for, please feel free to put forth any ideas.
