Hello friends!

I’m taking a little time to introduce myself.

My name is Stephanie. I created The K9 Hangout after having worked at two large boarding facilities and seeing how much stuff is “missed”.

I have three furbabies, two of them are rescues. After rescuing Harley & Bailey, my passion for helping dogs grew. I became involved with several local dog rescues and have fostered over 15 dogs.

Starting my business was a little slow because one of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer and I had to focus on him. We’re now done with treatment so I now have more time and resources for The K9 Hangout.

Getting involved in the pet industry as a business has made me want to grow a local dog community. Not only to help fellow businesses but also to showcase different aspects of dog activities that not everyone is familiar with. Would love to make dog sports an attainable hobby.

I look forward to making new connections and friendships as I become more involved in our community.
