Salish Sea Newfoundlands Bellingham based breeder of Landseer & Black dedicated to the preservation of the Newfoundland dog I'm creating this page for those like me .

This year I am entering the world of AKC dog sports Watch as I learn, grown and make mistakes . I will be sharing our triumphs and our trials as we navigate our way through with determination to make an impact in the Newfoundland world , Hear about the kind folks that I meet along the way and lessons I learn the hard way . wanting to start but not knowing where to begin. It was glorious outside today , we got jinora and bunny making their way around. The two landseer baby Argos now 7 months coming to say hi to his momma and liberty doing whatever it is that little Sammy does . I’m 6 days post op , and it’s nice to step outside and get some fresh air .

This evening one of the siblings from this last litter came back home . Argos and his brother played out front like no time has passed at all . Moments like these are bittersweet. Such a happy reunion here at home but I know tonight his family grieves . I need to make sure that everyone , whether it be a puppy family of mine or not know in their hearts That there is no shame in saying that you think that maybe you’ve made a mistake. There is no shame in making the best choice for you and your family . There is nothing that any breeder wants more than our families to be honest with us and let us know when things just aren’t working like you had hoped or envisioned. Not a single one of us are super hero’s . We can’t see into the future . we most certainly can’t do it all , and we can’t keep every plate spinning without risking others falling . From the most sincerest part of my heart to all of you out there. It is okay to say you’re not okay. And any breeder out there with an ounce of dignity will and would make sure that you ,your family and puppy are all taken care of . Whatever that looks like . Good night all time to try and catch some 🥱💤😴
