When did you join the Tails Team
I joined the team in 2022!

Where are you from?
I was born in Bellingham and was raised in the greater Bellingham area 😃

What’s your favorite show/movie ?
I love the shows Louie and The Office. I guess I’m a sucker for awkward comedy.

What’s your favorite movie genre?
I like dramatic comedies, something that has both serious and humors elements.

Do you have any pets at home? Tell us about them!
I have a Miniature Australian Shepherd named Juno! She’s been coming to Tails since a pup 🤗

If you were a breed of dog what kind would you be?
Probably an Australian Shepherd, because I have ADD and get into trouble if I don’t have something to do 😆

What’s your favorite trip you’ve been on/place you’ve been?
Earlier this year I got to go to a Renaissance Fair for the first time, and it was one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time! Definitely gonna go back again one day 😃

What is your favorite type of cuisine?
I’d have to say Chinese food since there’s so many different options so there’s always something that sounds good.

Who's a celebrity that you think is overrated?
James Corden 😠

What role would you play in the group of people trying to survive a zombie apocalypse?
Emotional support and comic relief… usually that guy survives pretty long.

Who is your current celebrity crush?
Tina Fey 🤓

Who was your very first celebrity crush?
Brittany Spears… boy have we all changed.

What's something you're weirdly into that none of us know about?
I’m a big tech guy so it bothers me when people don’t take care of their electronics lol.

What's your ideal learning style?
Usually trial and failure, it’s the quickest way to learn and then you grow a lot quicker.

What's a class that isn't taught in high school but you think should be?
I think communication and emotional intelligence would be good classes for people to learn skills in, it really does impact every facet of your life.

Do you collect anything?
I don’t collect anything in particular, but I do like keeping mementos of important events in my life.

SNACKS: Savory or sweet?
I’d have to go with savory since I’m not a big sweets guy, unless it’s ice cream 😋

Android or iPhone?
Unfortunately, I’m stuck in the cult of Apple.

Mashed or baked potatoes?
Baked potato, because of all the toppings!

Save or spend?
I’m from the home of getting paid on the first, and going broke by the third 💵 🔥

What would your super power be if you were a super hero?
Definitely flying, then I would never have to deal with traffic again and I could travel whenever I want.

Would you sing at Karaoke night?
Only when I’ve had too many… but that’s what makes it fun.

What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
I love playing video games with my friends, it’s cool that I can do something and still keep in contact with people that don’t live in the area anymore.

Are you a clean or messy person?
I think I have to finally admit that I’m a messy person.

What did you want to be when you were a child?
I wanted to be a stand-up comedian, and I did do it on the side for 10 years… maybe I’ll get back into someday.

Have you ever had a nickname? What is it
I’ve had a lot of nicknames actually haha. D-Rock, D-Glock, D-Wolf, Frank The Tank (that one is from college lol).

If you were given a gift of someone to help you, would it be with cleaning, cooking, or yard work?
Definitely cooking, I don’t have the patience for it unless I’m doing it with someone else.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Tails?
I’ve always kind of wanted to be a teacher since I like helping people grow and learn, but I don’t like children so I guess this is a perfect match for me!

What’s your favorite thing to work on with the pups?
I like helping puppies manage their overstimulation. My puppy struggles a lot with getting too excited, so I like using the knowledge I’ve learned from her to help puppies learn to take breaks and self-soothe.
