Whatcom Voice of the Animals (WVoA) is a non-profit organization that seeks to reduce the number of needless deaths of unwanted cats/kittens.

We are volunteer supported and do not have a central shelter. Please email us [email protected] We are a non-profit, no kill, and foster only cat rescue. We work really hard to find the right home for every kitty we rescue. We also can assist people with getting cats fixed for free or very low cost when our resources allow. We want to reduce the number of kitties without homes and the best way to do that is to get your kitties fixed!
