Pet adoption day at Gynsyng!
Petsmart National Adoption Weekend!!
Back in April we were awarded a grant from Mission Meow to cover the purchase of brand new traps and trapping supplies!
The $5,500 grant covered the purchase of 30 new Tomahawk Live-Trap Gravity Traps, 2 new drop traps, 7 feral cat dens, 5 transfer cages and 5 new trap dividers (forks) as well as a new net!
These new supplies are going to be help us save so many more lives! We’re going to be able to plan more large trapping events and even lend out traps to the community 💜
We are truly so thankful to Mission Meow for believing in our organization and getting us the funding to make this possible 😻

Your new summer koozie just dropped 🔥😻These feral koozies are part of our exclusive Beers for Tipped Ears merch and the best part is that everyone who buys a ticket will get one! Go to the link below and join us June 29th at Tonewood Barrington for the best rescue party of the year.
This is a surrender story. Every cat that enters the rescue becomes a Community Cat Club cat for life. At any moment, we have to be prepared to accept them back into foster care. As much as we vet during the application process and work in good faith with adopters to resolve issues, sometimes the ‘forever home’ is not the right fit. So today, we brought Sweetie back to the rescue after a year in her adoptive home. Before that, Sweetie was living life on the run as a stray so we didn’t have a lot of information as to what kind of home environment would be best for her. Now, we have some new pieces that fit into her puzzle but unfortunately that means starting over. Sweetie tolerates other cats who respect her boundaries, but wouldn’t be mad if she were an only cat. She absolutely does not tolerate young children. She still craves fresh air so ideal candidates would be open to maybe harness training her or getting her a catio. Overall, she is the epitome of a lap cat. She just wants to be near you, cuddle against you, be loved by you. We don’t think she’s asking for too much 💜
Chiodi has been through a lot in 3 years but he still greets every person he meets with his gentle, sweet love. He would do amazing in any home that wants an affectionate companion cat. Chiodi is cat-social and has also lived with dogs! Help us find this incredible cat’s forever family 💜
DONATIONS NEEDED‼️
A local feeder reached out for help with cats at the colony they’re feeding, specifically this guy who is clearly injured.
Another local trapper went and evaluated to situation a few days ago and was able to trap him today 👏🏻
He’s currently at Pennsauken Animal Hospital & Urgent Care for an exam so we can see what the best course of action for him is.
Please consider donating today. We currently owe over $3,000 here already that we’re working towards paying off so any amount is helpful ❤️
We’ll keep everyone posted once we know more.

ADOPTION UPDATE 💜💜
Aspen was adopted a few months ago and her adopters reached out to let us know she’s doing great!
Here’s what they said:
“Hi! I just wanted to give you a little update on Aspen and let you know that she has adapted really well into her new home and has made us so incredibly happy! She is very playful and loves neck scratches, snacks and to take tons of naps! Here are some pictures and videos of what she’s been up to!”
We’re so happy to see her doing so well and making her new family so happy 💜💜
If you adopted a cat from us please send updates! We love to see them!

$5 Friday!!
Please consider donating today to help us care for families like this one 💜
This sweet momma cat was dropped off to us yesterday and was in active labor. She ended up giving birth to these four little nuggets and is clearly doing a great job caring for them already.
Mom is such a sweetheart too!
This family will be heading off to foster care today where she can nurse her babies comfortably.
Please consider donating towards their care today! In the end this whole family will cost us about $600+ for vetting (that’s hoping no one needs additional vet care before spay/neuter) 💜
Also feel free to leave some name suggestions below for mom and her four babies (we have not checked the genders of her babies yet).

Thank you to everyone who shared our last video about bonded pair, Molly and Maisy, because it paid off! The girls are going to their forever home tomorrow 💜 Engaging with our social media posts is the easiest way to support Community Cat Club and the cats in our care!
Molly and Maisy, a bonded pair of sisters, have been greeting everyone at our Petco adoption center in Brooklawn, New Jersey for nearly a month and they haven’t received any adoption interest! These sweet sisters are over 7 months old and have been in foster care since since they were about 4 weeks when our friends Village Trappers rescued them. We don’t want them to spend the first year of their lives in rescue, please help us find their perfect forever home together!💜
It’s moments like this that keep you going ❤️❤️
Wes came to Community Cat Club a little over 2 months ago. She was found on the side of Rt. 130 by a previous adopter.
We got her to the vet right away because she was clearly injured and was not able to walk well.
X-rays showed a fractured pelvis so we assume she was hit by a car.
She was on strict cage rest for 6+ weeks and has healed up and is now spayed and cleared by our vet ❤️
This whole time we have not been able to handle her. We also weren’t really pushing anything while she was healing from a pelvic fracture.
Over the last few weeks Robert and I have really been trying to work with her. Today Rob said “I can just feel a breakthrough coming” and that happened today!!
She finally opened up to us and is allowing pets. We even got her to purr and make biscuits 🥺
Wes would love a foster home or even an adopter that can continue to take it slow and allow her to open up. I definitely think she’d love a cat friend too 🥰
Send us a message or email [email protected] if you’re interested in fostering or adopting this special girl ❤️
In the middle of a crazy weekend we also took in this little girl ❤️
Matcha was found outside by a previous adopter. They asked us to take her in and we obviously said yes because we could tell she needed medical care right away.
She got to us Saturday night after our event. She is battling a severe upper respiratory infection, seems to have an ear infection and is underweight. We estimate her to be at least 3-4 months old but she’s still under 2.5 pounds.
We’ll post a picture in the comments and stories of her when she got to us Saturday night, she was even crustier and had snot pouring out of her nose 💔
After just a few days of antibiotics and lots of love she’s looking better ❤️
She’s going to our vet today for an exam so we can get a clear plan in place for her so we could definitely use donations for her care. Please consider donating today!

Our team spent their Sunday trapping cats in Camden City, NJ 😻Camden City has thousands of community cats and is the highest intake city for our local shelter. We partnered with NJ Aid for Animalsand a bunch of other awesome local feeders and trappers as well as residents to trap over 50 cats and kittens 👏🏻All of these cats were fixed today at Animal Welfare Association or are going to be fixed tomorrow at another clinic. The final number is close to 70 🙀Many of these community cats will be released back outside to their homes and back to their caretakers but luckily some will be staying with AWA for adoption and we will also be keeping some for adoption ❤️Team work truly saves lives 😻We’re so thankful to the residents who care for these cats every day, for the feeders who also care for and feed the cats daily, our volunteers and the other trappers for spending their weekend out in the cold trapping all these cats and of course the clinics for fixing all these cats and assisting with funding ❤️#tnrworks #tnrsaveslives #adoptdontshop #spayandneuter #communitycats #fosteringsaveslives
