La Vega Vet Clinic will be closing at Noon on Tuesday Dec. 24th and will be closed Wednesday Dec. 25th for the Christmas Holiday. We will be open Thursday Dec. 26 from 9-1. We will also be closed on Wednesday Jan. 1st for the New year holiday will be open Thursday Jan. 2nd from 9-1 as usual. We would like to wish everyone a very safe and happy holiday season.

What qualifies you to be a part of our team?
At minimum, 2 years of veterinary medicine (the more, the better!)
Outstanding client education skills on wellness & preventive care
Knowledge of computers and entering charges/ medical records
Salary depends on experience. LVT HIGLY Preferred. CVA- $13-$15, LVT $15- $20

La Vega Veterinary Clinic is looking for a part time (may become full time) veterinary receptionist. This individual needs to be dependable, have a good work ethic, have excellent customer service skills, and be a team player. Bilingual is strongly preferred. The job duties will include, but are not limited to: Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments and surgical procedures, enter client and patient information, enter charges, entering complete medical histories, check in/out patients , provide client education, fill prescriptions in our in-house pharmacy, keep a clean and organized work area, help keep the clinic clean and organized and maintain a positive attitude. Must be able to lift 30 pounds and assist other staff members as needed. Prior veterinary clinic experience is preferred but not required. Pay depends on experience $11- $15/ hour

La Vega Veterinary Clinic would like to wish everyone a safe and Happy 4th of July!! The clinic will be closed on July 4th and 5th for our staff to spend some much deserved time away.
