The first weekend of our annual tree hunt is in the books. And even though several very nice trees have been taken, we still have many more beautiful trees available. We have White Fir, Douglas Fir, Ponderosa Pine, and even some Charlie Brown trees. We are open weekends from 9am to 3pm, so you can still come and join the hunt. Just give us a call and let us know that you’re planning to come and visit us. We have also gotten set up, and now take Venmo. Hope to see you soon.

Finished planting for the season, today we added another twelve Ponderosa Pine trees making the total planted to 62. Also planted a Douglas Fir tree that we have been babying since 2022. Now we’re keeping our fingers crossed that the storm comes in tonight.

This morning Tom and I planted 25 Ponderosa Pine trees, this was 3 years in the making, the trees were grown up here from seeds collected on the farm. This is just the beginning, still have at least another 75 trees to plant.

Cris and I would like to thank all the people that came up and got Christmas trees from us this year. We know that the weather was a factor for some of you, so hopefully we will see you guys next year. Those of you who made it up, previous customers and those of you that this year was your first time, we would like to extend a very Merry Christmas and a happy and safe New Year’s to you and your entire families. Good morning! Anyone planning to come up for a Christmas tree today please let us know. We’ve gotten a good eight inches of snow, and it’s still coming down! There is also a layer of ice underneath the snow. 4wheel drive is a must might also need chains. We’re going to be open tomorrow and next weekend, going to be closed on Sunday so we can be with our daughter while she has her baby. Thank you

We are going to be open for Christmas trees on Friday and Saturday November 24 and 25, but will be closed on Sunday November 26. Our daughter is giving us an early Christmas present. Something that has been in the works for about nine months. Thank you all for your patience.

I don’ know where the year has gone, it’s already time to start thinking Christmas trees. Bender Tree Farm will be selling Christmas trees starting on Friday, November 24th and then only on weekends. We again will have a limited amount of trees to sell, so please check in with us before coming up. The price is still $4 per foot. Please bring the family and we look forward to seeing you again this year.
