REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS
Passion for Learning: A genuine desire to expand your knowledge and skills in dressage.
Availability to Travel: Willingness to travel to New Hampshire, with private lodging provided for your stay.
Commitment: Having the ability to commit to a weekly schedule
Professional Credentials: Proven experience and excellent credentials in working at a horse facility. While not completely necessary but is a plus.
Work Exchange: Ability to commit to a regular schedule and contribute two days of work in exchange for riding and training opportunities with our coach.

Tasks include but are not limited to feeding, mucking, picking paddocks, restocking barn, redishing. Must be able to carry 50lbs and have prior horse experience. Previously a two-bedroom unit this apartment was thoughtfully renovated for the space and storage needs a couple will have during apartment living while integrating very bespoke design elements throughout. This is for the discerning horse lover seeking all the comforts of home in a easy to maintain space. Vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, bright LED-surface lights, recessed and track lighting, big square footage with large expansive views of horse facility. Fresh paint and custom built-in cabinetry abound. The kitchen has a nearly endless amount of countertop space but also has a bespoke built-in pantry with ample storage for your blenders, and mixers and food processors. Executive office desk area is ready for all your office machines. You enter the master bedroom through a set of full glass French doors. Connected to the master is a huge walk-in closet that surely will never be overfilled of your riding attire with your own newer, personal washer and dryer!!! We also have set aside a complimentary loft storage space for your kayak, Christmas decor, tack boxes and off season gear! References are a MUST.. Animals accepted, with review. Belmont, NH semi-private, primarily dressage focused facility will be accepting resumes for part time help at our 16 horse facility. Must be able available to work Friday PM, Saturday and Sunday (all day) with the availability for show coverage - we have a small number of non-show horses. Qualified candidates must be able to work independently, follow instructions to the tee, be able to work an 8-9 hour day, perform all farm tasks efficiently with a strong focus on quality horse and farm care, lift 50 plus pounds, be dependable, 18 years of age or older and be an excellent team player and professional. Prior employment at a working equestrian facility is a must! Exceptional previous employer reference will be a requirement. We are able to provide private onsite weekend housing for the right individual. Century Farm is growing again in a most BLESSED way!

Clients of Century Farm now have the privilege of receiving weekly dressage lessons and training under the tutelage of classically trained USDF Gold Medalist, Audrey Barr Humphrey.

Audrey is an accomplished rider and a fierce competitor. She started her career as a Pony Clubber and worked with Arabians, drafts, and Thoroughbreds. Audrey has achieved outstanding year end awards as champion in USDF All-Breeds, New England Dressage Association, United States Hanoverian Society as well as Horse Of The Year awards. She has brought her hunter bred Arabian through to FEI level. In October of 2023, Audrey and her Hanoverian J’Adore, were invited and participated as a rider demo at the Kyra Kirkland NEDA Fall Symposium.

Audrey is a genuinely kind-hearted soul, and a compassionate and thoughtful educator. She brings a wealth of experience and education to her lesson program be it intro level all the way to FEI level. Quoting one of her students, "Audreys teaches dressage in a kind and thoughtful manner. She quickly identifies the energy in the ring. With her wealth of information and riding experience she is able to communicate effectively, helping the student understand the how and why. Audrey will always put the horses well being first".
