⭐ ALL STAR ⭐ cats of the week!

The Big Cheese: (Red Tabby)
Big Cheese is as large as his name implies. He is 12 years young and looking for his retirement home to spend his golden years. He is developing cataracts and life in the shelter is a lot for him. Despite all of that he is more than willing to be doted on and carried around like a kitten.

Moon Star: (Tabby-Calico)
Moonstar is our little darling in the cat department. Loving and calm, playful but not overly so. Her siblings have all gone and she is lonely and looking for someone to raise her up into the queen she was meant to be.

Meet our ⭐ ALL STAR ⭐ dogs of the week!

Daniel: (Wolfhound)
This Irish Wolfhound is more than just a looker. There is royalty in his blood, and he knows it! He can be standoffish at first meet, but this giant has a golden heart and a fierce loyalty to give to someone.

Fly: (Black Lab)
Our resident sweet girl. Fly was rough around the edges and untrusting when she arrived; but after lots of food and hands on work with our staff and volunteers she has done a 180! This girl loves attention and pleasing whomever she is with. Gentle and very inquisitive.

Molly: (Shepard Mix)
Molly came to us after a house fire and since the beginning, despite everything she has endured she has remained a kind soul with a very gentle nature. All she wants is to love and be loved - and get some treats of course!

Mari: (Husky Mix)
Mari is a darling. Intelligent and fun loving, she is down for whatever adventure you have planned for her. The wheels never stop turning for this girl and she is eager to learn all the time.

The Bell County Animal Shelter will be closed on Saturday, March 23, 2024, for planned maintenance. The Shelter is expected to be opened for regular business on Monday, March 25, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. After careful consideration, it was decided that closing the shelter on Saturday during this planned maintenance is best for the care and treatment of the animals.

If you are interested in adopting an animal, please come by the Bell County Animal Shelter and see the animals who are looking for a new forever home. You can also find a listing of our animals on Petfinder.com by searching our zip code, 76513. Also, watch for posts about our pet of the week.
