So Vexie seems to think that when I bring a chair with me to spend time with the dogs in the meadow, it’s for HER to sit on so I don’t have to bend down to pet her. I’m ok with that!

Beautiful weekend to get out there and do some grouse hunting. Lucky to have my son and grandson along to enjoy the time….

Spent the day at Bader’s Pheasant Run yesterday. Miko, Sylvie, and Scamper shook the dust off an found all 20 birds we had put out, along with an extra 4 birds from previous hunters. It was a good day….

Steve took Scamper out for a retrieving refresher. On the way out, Scamper flushed a grouse, Steve shot, and Scamper retrieved. Guess he didn’t need a refresher after all…..
