🎄Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!❄️
As 2023 comes to an end, it is a great time to reflect on what the past year has brought us. We're proud to be Bemidji's choice for pet food and supplies for over thirty years. What started as a couple looking for good pet food for an itchy dog has turned into three decades of helping customers and their pets. We take great pride being here for our customers, as long as we're here, you and your pets are always our priority.
Thank you to all of our customers that have given us their trust, their patronage, their friendship, and so much more. Every day here is like seeing your friend come by and it's remarkable. We know your pets are a big part of your lives and your families, and we're driven to make sure that they are well taken care of, comfortable, and to do what we can to help. Each day every one of you reminds me that we're lucky to work in a job where we can be a positive contribution. I say thank you, but it's never ending appreciation for all of you. Thank you, a hundred times, and a hundred times more.
Thank you to my entire staff. Each day I ask them to go above and beyond, and they consistently amaze me on making sure everyone is helped, our shelves are full, and adding to their knowledge pool daily. A store isn't one person or one idea, but a collaboration of amazing staff coming together to help people, serve their pets, and to push. Thank you Sheridan, Tess, Molly, Lillian, Chloe, Angel, Emma, Holden, Chris W, and Alcindo. I cannot stress that this isn't done alone and this staff makes everything happen. I am proud and thankful for such an amazing team. From packages being shipped out, to customers helped, to everything in between, this wonderful staff surpasses all expectations daily.
Thank you to everyone that has worked here in the past as well, we still speak highly of so many of you, we miss you, and thank you for your part in our thirty years.
This year we said goodbye to Mary as a scheduled employee. We all have individuals in our lives that can create many impacts in all of us. Mary is one of those smiling faces, positive attitudes, and incredibly kind people that we all can appreciate. We were lucky to learn from both Mary and Jim over the years and we're lucky to still have them around the store to this day. Our goal is to continue that legacy for years to come. Enjoy your hard earned retirement Mary and Jim!
Every year this little store moves forward, we're reminded we really are some of the luckiest people in the world. We're grateful that we're able to work with our passion. All of you again have given us an opportunity to do what we love.
