🐾 Happy December! 🎄 Jessica here, I do believe at this time we have contacted everyone on our waitlist looking for “early” Dec. appointments. My list is pretty big for people jockeying for slots closer to the holiday. If you are on our list and willing to come in this week or next ( because I *may* not be able to get everyone in those last 2 weeks, give us a call to ENSURE a spot! Looking for pups specifically wanting to come in before the 14th! I’ll be continuing down the list and once I’ve given everyone on it a chance, any remaining spots will be open to the public again like we did for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
January is full. February is almost full. Our waitlists for those months are SHORT yet. ( You know me I live and DIE by my waitlists!) March still has good availability. April will be opening soon but not yet- we may have some staff changes. We will announce it when we do!
Reminder to please bear with us this holiday season as we gear up for more dogs then we’ve EVER had! ( fingers crossed our septic system holds! 😆) We worked hard this year to add 3 new groomers to our team as well as a new bather! Our new additions have been ROCK STARS! But grooming is an art and it takes time to hone those skills while still being SAFE with animals and providing a happy experience. As such, you may notice your pets appointments taking longer than usual. Please allow time for this ( maybe even up to 3 hours for a full groom.) As always, you may drop off your pups as early as 7:30am and pick up as late as 5pm if you have errands, school, work, appointments etc. Dogs are safely secured in individual kennels with blankets/pads, or on individual leash hook ups or in our large boarding kennels ( for the more more “ boisterous “ 😂) and we have staff for potty breaks if needed. We do have to factor wait times for tubs and dryers, clean up between clients, potty breaks for dogs AND groomers!) a bit of reassurance/training for our new pups ( lots of first timers this year and dogs that were unable to start young due to not enough openings this past year!) and a fairly large portion of our dog clients being what we call “ super seniors” (12+) Rushing is just not something that is good or safe in our industry so we appreciate your patience! I’m always in awe how calm and collected most of the pups are with so many people coming and going and vacuums and dryers and such! Our typical day has 28-40 dogs in for grooms not including all the walk in nail trims! But PLEASE we are human and dogs are dogs and if you are ever not satisfied with a groom please come back and let us take the opportunity as a teaching moment to work with our groomers to fix it!
As always, our phone lines are BUSY and I am generally a one man receptionist. Calls come second to the dogs and people in the salon but I PROMISE, if you leave a message WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER 😂 I WILL call you back! And I do try to at least check the messages even if I can’t return your call immediately if you have something important. 😊
We love you all, we thank you for entrusting us with your baby’s care and are EXCITED to get everyone looking great and smelling good for the holiday season and we are coming in each day excited to ROCK IT OUT for you! We are so VERY BLESSED and appreciate your business 🐾 ❤️
