‼️💊💔🐾 Many animal poisonings happen by accident when their owner's give them human medications intending to help an ailment that a furry loved one is suffering from. Often, they unknowingly have done harm to their pet. Animals do not process substances the same as humans. We have a variety of safe and effective medications in our clinic that can be prescribed when needed.

🚨 Another common way animals are poisoned is when they have access to bottles of medication unsupervised. Make sure to leave medications in closed cupboards where curious animals cannot reach them.

🚪One more reoccurring animal poisoning theme, is when an owner accidentally drops a pill on the floor while they take their own medication, and their overly eager pet gobbles up the "prize" from the floor. Make sure to take your own medications away from where an animal may be ready and waiting.
