We have 1) fully enclosed indoor arena with top notch silica sand/GGT fiber footing similar to footing used at Thunderbird Show Park in British Columbia; 2) enormous outdoor arena with high quality sand/fiber footing; 3) a Grand Prix grass field with slide bank, jump bank and grob/ditch; 4) daily turnout in extra large grass or bare paddocks; 5) full care board in large light and airy indoor stalls, with or without runs and 6) 24/7 onsite care. Pasture board also available for horses who prefer to live outside.

At Westminster Show Stables on a gorgeous September day, we are so very lucky to have two beautiful outside riding areas.

Our amazing Grand Prix field has a grob (ditch), a jump bank and a slide bank; perfect for practicing any type of course, from an international GP, equitation or a hunter derby class.

Our outdoor arena has the perfect mixture of sand and fiber and is large enough to set a USEF or USHJA rated class, as well as teach large group lessons.

Our gorgeous retirement pastures provide quality homes for independent living or small groups of seniors with 3x day feeding, fresh water and plenty of shade with loafing sheds and mature trees. Westminster Show Stables is a full service world-class equestrian facility, providing top quality board care for horses with amenities such as specialized silica/fiber indoor arena footing, Central Oregon’s only Grand Prix field, large outdoor arena, indoor wash stalls, 12 X 12 and 14 x 14 stalls (some stalls with runs), grass pasture and dry lot turnout, hot walker and 24 hour supervision/care. Conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Bend, Westminster is on the east side of town near the Bend municipal airport. So excited for our horses to be out on our new extra large turn out paddocks! A few before and after photos below.

Our premier hunter/jumper equestrian facility covers almost 40 acres, and includes small, large and extra large turnout paddocks, a large outdoor arena with sand/fiber footing, a indoor arena with new world class fiber/mix footing and the only Grand Prix field in Central Oregon with a slide bank, grob and jump bank. Another sneak peak at our fabulous almost 6yo 3 ring prospect, Westminster’s Chalamet. Timmy was recently imported and is the perfect gentleman under saddle, with a wonderful brain, great flat work and the cutest jump. Timothée or « Timmy » is super quiet, very brave and will make THE best partner for anyone from a young junior to an adult amateur in a professional program — he’s that forgiving and kind!
