Well 8 months later I’m 80 lbs down. Knees don’t hurt. All because of the carnivore diet, come to find out I’ve had metabolic syndrome most of my adult life, but they don’t ever address that.

Carnivore diet -tried a bread recipe for the burger with bacon and cheese. It turned out delicious as far as Greg says. It is made out of eggs, separated, whipped blended back together with cream cheese and a few seasonings. Bake it for 20 minutes. Yum.
