It initially began in 2005 as a hobby allowing for some father and daughter bonding time. Mike Edwards, founder of Hanging Heart Quarter Horses, cowboyed most of his life. After his cowboying days slowed down, he decided to share his love of horses with his twin daughters, Jenna and Jillana. Heart Quarter Horses evolved from a mere hobby into a small business. Today, our program focuses on the Blue Valentine and Colonel Freckles bloodlines. We take great pride in producing horses with excellent conformation, intelligence, and athleticism. We would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support.
