UPDATE***
We were able to secure rescue for the chihuahuas and 19 puppies. We are still in need of rescue for 10 puppies that are 12 weeks old.

We are seeking rescue assistance for these adorable puppies and 4 senior chihuahuas. We currently have approximately 20 more waiting to arrive but are completely out of available space.

We are almost a quarter of the way to our goal already and are SO thankful to all of our business sponsors and individual donors who have contributed to our so far!!!

We are still accepting business sponsors through this week, and there are still a few weeks left to donate to make our third year the best yet! No donation is too small (or big 😊), and the best part is all funds we raise go directly to our shelter!!!

‼️ It’s that time of year again!! We are looking forward to our THIRD year participating in the and joining other shelters across the country/world in spending 24 hours with our shelter pets to give our community a glimpse into the hectic life within our shelter walls!

Still seeking rescue for this family!

We are seeking a heroic rescue for a fearful mom and her 9 adorable pups. Queen Clarisse will graciously let you rub her and doesn’t mind you holding her precious babies. She was a community stray that members of the community were generously feeding until she could be safely trapped. Tragically her loyal companion was hit by a car before he could be rescued. Members of the Sheriff’s Department compassionately trapped her and took her in until we could find a foster. While there she gave birth to 9 gorgeous babies. 7 males and 2 females. The shelter isn’t a nurturing environment for an already fearful dog and even worse for a new mom. Transport will be provided to the rescue that steps up to take this precious family. (More pics and videos in comments) Donations to help with transport expenses are greatly appreciated.
