Spent some time evaluating my Mini Rex jrs this weekend and I can’t believe my two big babies fall almost perfectly where I need them to. Now just hoping we can maintain that until the end of March for the show I’m wanting to take them to 🤞🏻😬
Then there’s sweet little Spade, a few ounces shy of being above the minimum weight, so she can have all the extra treats she wants as i dont see her ever making it to the required Sr weight to show😅

Didnt get any posed pictures as no one wanted to cooperate and im still not feeling great, but coat quality and booties on these guys are *chefs kiss*😊 we have a super promising looking broken blue in the nest box as well!

Its been so long trying to get my Mini Rex back on track after loosing Poppy and I’m so excited to keep watching these babies grow 🥹

Turns out the whole family has the flu, when I thought I felt bad the other day I didn’t know what bad felt like 🙃
Looks like I’ll be out of commission for a little longer than I was hoping. I try to pop on once a day to check messages but may not be very responsive until the kids and I all start to feel better ❤️‍🩹

I stupidly deep cleaned and rearranged the bunny room while on the mend from strep and ended up making myself sicker than I originally was 🙃 won’t be on much the next couple days but I do still plan to send a small update for those needing them tomorrow ❤️‍🩹

V***n will (surprisingly) be my first retained kit from a Remi x Trigger litter! She’s the perfect mix of her mama and dad 🥰
Also, don’t mind the nasty weaning pen pad, if yall had any idea how many vinegar soaks I’ve done trying to clean the stains…😅

*Update* Mama Malibu has found a home ❤️

Been dreading making this post, but as I don’t plan to work with clean line buns anymore sweet Salem and her mama Malibu will be looking for a new home. I adore these girls and I’ve been putting off posting them for that reason but I think they have a lot to offer and keeping them here seems like a waste of their potential🥲
Salem is developing beautifully and is a tiny girl!, she offers a lot of mass and once her head pops I think her HEC will be incredible. Currently faulting her on being long limbed
Sweet Malibu is an amazing mama. Had a litter of 7 for me and raised them with no issues. Would be a great addition to someone wanting to work on tris! She has lines out of RLR and Lomars. She’s nice and compact and I just love her little butt ruffle 😂 fault her on a slipped crown and a slight fold to her ears.
They have been indoors so will need to go somewhere that will keep them indoors, especially since we’re in winter months.

Remi and Triggy’s baby reindeer are 9 weeks old and ready to hop this weekend now that they’re fully weaned ❤️
I have decided to let go of Cupid, as much as I adore him I’m just so buck heavy I can’t justify hanging onto another 🥲

I just love watching these two littermate sisters grow. Diamond looks like she could be Spade’s mother at this point 😅 (yes Spade ended up being a girl, not a boy). I absolutely love the type on Diamond but I’m fairly positive she’ll be over weight by the show in March 😔

Finally done with baby watch. Miss Lola had 3 healthy babies and Miss Topanga had one healthy baby and one extremely large kit that unfortunately was stretched and didn’t make it. She’s currently doing great with her singleton and a fostered mini Rex kit to help keep her baby warm in the nest. ❤️
I’ll post pictures soon, but I’m going to try and get a nap in (if my boys will let me) after almost a week of less than restful nights! 😅

We had babies….but not from anyone I was expecting! I was sure Bingo (our broken blue mini Rex doe) was a miss when I palpated her a couple weeks ago, but sometime between morning chores and one of my morning checks, I found these little cuties! 💙 she was nesting but not pulling fur so I assumed a false pregnancy, but mama had a wonderful fur filled nest by the time I found the littles 🥰
Three blues and the cutest little broken blue! I normally like to work with self, (outside of our agouti reds) but I’ve been branching out with the otters and brokens to bring in better type for my herd. I have to say, little broken boy has my heart, wait till yall see his cute little face!🥹

It’s that time again! We’re officially on baby watch with Lola and Topanga! I’m so excited for both these litters as it will be our first Mini Plush Lop litter and our first (hopefully) larger litter of our red mini Rex! I will more than likely be retaining at least one from each litter (depending on type).
Both mamas are HUGE so I’m expecting we’ll have big litters! They have made absolutely beautiful big nests and I’m watching them like a hawk for them to start pulling fur! Their 31 day due date is still 2 days away but I wouldn’t be surprised to see them go sooner.

Hi everyone! I know I usually send out updates on Fridays but I’m going to take this one off to get the magpie litter ready to head home as everyone’s going this weekend/early next week!
I dont plan to answer any new messages until after this weekend as I try and coordinate pickups, thanks for understanding and I will respond/be back to regular updates next week!❤️
