Good morning everyone!

I wanted to make a couple announcements and let y’all know of a few changes and reminders!

• next Friday June 21st is my last day before maternity leave - unless something changes before

• Britt is doing really well with your fur babies

• there has been a price increase as of the first of the year

• drop offs are between 8-10am. If after 10am we will need to reschedule to another date.

• we will not be doing any sedated grooms while I am out on maternity leave

• Vaccines required for grooming are Distemper Parvo, Bordatella, and Rabies Vaccine. We can update vaccines while your pet is here for grooming. When doing the distemper parvo vaccine an exam is REQUIRED.

• we are currently not accepting new clients until I come back from maternity leave - we do have a list going - if you would like to be added just let us know

• No shows/24 hour cancellations have a fee of the pets grooming price that is required to be paid at the next checkout.

Some upcoming dates :

The clinic will be closed July 4th & 5th. Britt will be grooming Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday that week.

August 7th, 8th, & 9th we will be closed for the annual staff retreat. Britt will be grooming that Monday and Tuesday.

Good morning everyone and happy Thursday! Just wanted to hop on here and mention a few upcoming dates where we will be closed or closing early.

We are closed tomorrow 3/29 for Good Friday
• Friday April 12th the clinic will be closing at 2pm
• Friday May 24th we will be closed
• July 4th and 5th the clinic will be closed for Independence Day
• August 7th-9th the clinic will be closed for the annual staff retreat.

All scheduled appointments for those days will be moved accordingly and we will let you know the reschedule date.

• as of right now - I will be going on maternity leave in June. As with any pregnancy things could change but that is the plan for right now. I will be out until the end of September.

• Britt is doing really well with getting into the swing of grooming the dogs and doing them fully all the way through once I am out.

• there has been a price increase as of the first of the year

• drop offs are between 8-10am. If after 10am we will need to reschedule to another date.

• our sedated grooms now require a brief exam before sedation.

• sedated grooms won’t be available while I am out on maternity leave.

• Vaccines required for grooming are Distemper Parvo, Bordatella, and Rabies Vaccine. We can update vaccines while your pet is here for grooming. When doing the distemper parvo vaccine an exam is REQUIRED.

• we will stop accepting new clients while I am out on maternity leave but will resume taking new ones after I come return.

• I (Mikayla) - work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and every other Friday. That could change depending on pregnancy as well.

• we will remain closed on Mondays

• the grooming phone line is currently down. When you call the clinic - just click the appointments extension and they will come get Britt or I.

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎆

I wanted to get on here and just make a couple announcements and let y’all know of a few changes that are coming!

• as most of you know - my husband Blake and I are expecting another baby - we are due in July 🤍 with that being said - Britt will be taking on more responsibilities with your fur babies to get her in the groove while I am out on maternity leave.

• Britt does do 100% of the bathing right now and is getting into the swing of grooming your fur babies all the way through.

• pricing has increased - mainly for our Doodle clients - but has for some others as well.

• we will stop accepting new clients while I am out on maternity leave but will resume taking new on after I come back.

• for right now I (Mikayla) am back to working every other Friday in addition to my regular schedule.

• we will remain closed on Mondays

Good evening everyone, just a couple reminders and announcements!

Prices did increase as of July 1st, for every client. Due to the rising prices in everything it needed to be done ❤️

The holiday schedule is booking up - I only have a couple appointments left available for the week of Thanksgiving. I will be working the Monday of Thanksgiving as well as the Monday before Christmas to help ensure that everyone’s fur babies can be groomed and cleaned up 💗

Starting next Tuesday October 17th, there will be a grooming consent to sign at drop off - it goes over coat conditions, health conditions, grooming requirements and the no show/cancellation policy.

As a reminder - the cancellation policy is 24/48 hour notice if you need to cancel. I understand things happen and in those circumstances, you and I will handle it💗 the no show policy is the fee of your pets grooming.
