A Heartfelt Thank You to West Richland PD 🐾

Yesterday our clinic had the honor of being recognized by the West Richland Police Department for 12 years of partnership in animal care and protection.

We are incredibly grateful for their kind words and thoughtful recognition, especially the letter presented by Animal Control Officer Marissa Adamson, whose compassion and dedication inspires us deeply.

Over the years, we've worked together to provide medical care for animals in need, support cruelty and neglect cases, and help reduce the stray population through spay/neuter efforts, including the amazing "Control the Cats" initiative.

To be acknowledged in such a meaningful way reminds us why we do what we do. Thank you, WRPD, for trusting us to be part of this mission. Here's to many more years of working together for the animals (and for the humans) of West Richland.

Unfortunately we just learned that the microchip company ‘Save this Life’ or commonly called ‘google microchip’ is no longer able to be reached. There is a simple solution: You can get the chip registered for free with https://www.freepetchipregistry.com

This registry does share their database with the AAHA microchip lookup website. If you lost your pet’s microchip – no problem, we can scan him or her anytime or look up the number in our database.😊

We will keep you posted on new developments. At this time nobody seems to know what happened. Please feel free to call us if you should have any questions.
