I have two additional slots open for the 6/22 and 6/23 class.
If you are coming out, please bring a chair, and a crate for your dog. I will have water available.

The first day (6/22 will be explaining the rules, introduction to rat, Barn Hunt competitor information, Intro to the 2 beginning levels, Sunday we will have practice with coaching on Instinct and Novice…we have at least 10 teams in order to allow adequate time we extended to Sunday!

As promised, I will be offering Intro to Barn Hunt classes June 22 and 23rd. I will hold another class in July. The classes will be limited to 10 dog/handler pairs. Cost is 50.00 for the first dog handler/25.00 for the second dog. Classes will cover rules, inro tot the rat, the role of competitors in Barn Hunt and general practice sessions for both Instinct and Novice. I will posting a Sign up Genius page in the next week... can't make it this time? an additional class will be held in July... with practice session in August for our upcoming September trial.

Well now since everything has been put away(well mostly)... I wanted to thank everyone for making this weekend successful!

Special thanks to Angie Guzman and Manny, Kyle and Jennifer Carter, Brenda Christie, Bruce and Denise McCarthy, Sue Barnard as well as our judges Christina Benishin and Jalynn Davis!

Thank you to Rose Wilson and Cheryl Thornhill and all who scribed, rat wrangled and generally made this trial successful!

As always, I am asking for constructive criticism on how to make these the best experience for everyone. Let me know in the comments below!

Alright Barn Hunters ! a few updates... If you have sent an entry I have received them... PawTap software Version 2.0 is now uploaded and entries will be caught up this weekend😥
Second Update... The first practices will be held Sunday April 23 @1-3. Sign up will be up next week
Will be alternating Sat/Sun practices through the end of May!
