Sophies yelling “URGENT MESSAGE, LISTEN UP”😂😂😂
As the holidays are approaching I just wanted to post a reminder to my clients, my fellow grooming friends clients and anyone that works in the service industry that with the holidays, please respect our time and understand that we are very busy trying to squeeze everyone in before the holidays to ensure they look the best. So that being said, here’s a list of things to think about 😁
- Don’t wait til last minute
- Please be on time for your appointments, being even 5 minutes late can mess up a schedule for the entire day
- If something comes up and you need to cancel/ reschedule, please give a notice so we can find someone to fill that spot with to ensure we still make that money due to most of us being commission or renting.
- If you cancel or reschedule last minute, there is no guarantee we can get you back in due to our books being full.
- Please be Patient, it might take longer than normal due to more going on. Please don’t message asking “are they done yet?) 🙂
- Remind your hair stylist, groomer, esthetician, or any service worker that they are awesome and that you appreciate them because we need to hear it sometimes, especially around the holidays 😬😁
