A friendly reminder and updated policy:

I have been having lots of late drop offs and no call no shows recently. I am very busy and even being even 5 minutes late messes with my day. I understand things happen and come up but when it’s a frequent occurrence, my policies will be enforced.

‼️If you are not here after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and will be charged for half of that service at next appointment. ‼️

Also, I have a list of clients that want in asap and so when you no show, that leaves no time for me to call someone in and so I am left sitting around and not getting paid for that time reserved.

‼️ If you no call no show, you will be charged for half of service added on to next appointment. After 2 no call no shows, all future appointments will be deleted and filled.‼️

I have very few appointments left for the year so if you’re one of my clients that waits to book, I highly recommend booking those before they’re gone.

As for new clients, I’d be more than happy to put you on my cancellation list for if/when I get a last minute cancellation.
