I am testing out an automated messaging system through my appointment app and seeing how it does. I have it set up to message 24 hours before appointment to confirm and then a reminder 1 hour prior for my ones that forget 😂 I am hoping this hour reminder will help with no shows and me forgetting to message until later in the day. You will get a text message prior about accepting the automated messages and you’ll have to respond and after that it hopefully will run smoothly.🤞🏻 I will still be able to see all responses through the automated messages but any questions or responses other than confirms can be messaged to me directly.
