A note on my maternity leave coming up! 💖

Baby girl is due in April, and I'm so excited for this new chapter! I'm feeling great and continuing to see my wonderful patients and clients.

I will continue to see appointments for in home euthanasia and existing clients until baby girl's arrival.

To prepare for my leave, I'll be wrapping up new client appointments for vaccines/consults at the end of February. If you've been thinking about getting your pet an in home visit please reach out soon!

Existing clients, I'll be in touch soon to ensure your pets are cared for while I'm away. If you have any questions or need to schedule a check-up please send me a message!

Reminder to keep your pet's microchip information updated regularly!

IMPORTANT PET MICROCHIP ALERT: A widely used pet microchip company, Save This Life, has shut down without warning and has unlinked its databases from national registries. Please take action NOW to ensure that your pet's microchips are registered correctly.

There are free and paid services out there and it doesn't hurt to register in two places if you are using a paid service anyway. Here is more information about registering or updating your pet's microchip.

It is important to note the microchips are still functional and remain safe. BUT, you must take action immediately to register your pet's information and ensure your contact info is up to date. Please do not delay.

Saying goodbye to a patient is always hard, but there are some patients and families that find a special place in your heart ❤️

Nola’s mom reached out to me last March for help with Nola’s arthritis. We started monthly Librela injections and she responded very well.

It was a blessing to give Nola more time to spend with her family. As with all pets, we only get so much time and that time is precious.

Rest in peace sweet Nola, you will be missed!

It was great to meet Murphy yesterday!

Murphy's mom reached out to us because he gets very stressed when going to the vet clinic. When we arrived we let him take some time to get used to us, gave him lots of treats, and took lots of breaks in between updating his vaccines and tests!

House calls allow us to take things slowly and make sure our patients are comfortable. It's still not fun getting poked but cheese, treats, and lots of pets make it a little better!
