There have been several people recently who have asked how they could help with a dire situation with one of our community members.
There are many ways to help!
I've created a page for him, and update it as much as possible.
There are separate posts that specifically speak to donation needs, dogs and updates.
A couple of weeks ago, I was infected with both Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain Spotted Tick Fever, so I've been struggling physically to help him. (I'm okay, just feel like I have the flu, have been run over by a truck and am weak as a wet noodle. I'm one of the lucky ones who encounter these infected ticks).
After being widowed, house burned down, arm severely injured requiring surgery, physical therapy, lost job... And he's 64... Not quite old enough for social security yet. Just a host of bad turns of events.
He's not a dog hoarder, and despite his past dog breeding efforts, he is not breeding them. All of them are on the list to be fixed ASAP. He wants good homes for them all, and he loves them.
He is trying his best and currently looking for a job he can do with his current injury.
He's a good Christian man who has volunteered in our community for years!
Please take a look at the page I created for him and if you feel led to, please see how you can help!
