This is Jenn everyone I’m going to write candidly this morning. Mew is a foster based volunteer only rescue. All of us that are core right now with Mew are working full time jobs. It’s another full time job to manage caring for the cats, intake, fosters, vet care, adoptions, social media, events etc.

Meanwhile, the phone is ringing off the hook. Unfortunately we don’t have anyone to answer it. We will have to make a decision this week to turn it off. This feels like failure, but it’s better than leaving the line open and people expecting a consistent response. We can still be reached in multiple other ways.

Can you help? We get around 4-8 calls per day on average. You don’t need experience we will train and guide.
