📣Clinic News!📣

We will be adding a $15 show clipping clinic durning the lunch break for those interested! This is auditing only so don't bring your horse up, but listen in on some tips and tricks to make your horses sparkle before going into the ring ✨

This slightly adjusted our 2'6 and 3' groups start times. Our 18" and 2' group are just about full so get your form in before they fill up the rest of the way! And 2'6-3' riders, I know you're out there! Come on down to get some learning in during the show season break. Don't have a horse? Send us a message 😉

So proud of our barn family for a successful season! Here our the highlights:

Morgan Zawada was circuit champion in both the Introductory divisions with Anastasia!

Brooke Strickland ended her last season on Art I Sweet N Low with two reserve champions.

Cori Clark piloted her new mount, Un Forgettable Scotch to 6th and 7th in some tough groups with only two shows under their belt!

Belina Corritori finished 7th in Baby Green hunters on her very own Uptown Girl with only two outings.

Aubrey Nunnelee placed 3rd overall in the .60 Jumpers with her new partner Harley Davidson and also was a silver level volunteer!

Edie Anzalone and Stars and Stripes InZignia finished reserve champion in baby greens as well as in the 2'6 NWAHJA Hunter after a couple outings at that height!

Sarah Owen got in one last memorable season with her mare Ballet Dancer and recieved 5th overall in .75 jumpers and champion in the .95.

Trainer Chloe recieved champion in both the .85s and Open Hunter divisions on her mount Rocmandu 22.

So grateful for all of these girls and can't wait for another season with them all.

As we gather on this day of gratitude, I am reflecting on the incredible 11 months we've had at our farm. I’m so excited about how much interest there is in Idas classes! When she posts her schedule for 2024, I will let everyone know what the specific dates are for the 3 day Hoof protection class and the advanced trim class. To have your spot reserved for either of those (or both!) you must register and pay deposits for the class(es) on Idas website: www.mackinawdells2.com. Right now the dates she is looking at are May 16-18th.

I wanted to put this out there for all my fellow hoof nerds!

We have a good chance of Ida Hammer coming to NWA in May of 2024 to do a clinic 👏❤️🙌🏻🎉!!

She is going to offer her 3-day hoof protection class and for those that have done the prerequisites the advanced trimming class!

This would be an amazing opportunity as she usually only offers these classes in Illinois. We would need a minimum of 10 participants in the 3day hoof protection class
