In recognition of Pet Preparedness Month, Spay Arkansas is offering microchipping services for just $10 throughout the month of June. Our highly trained team will work with you to ensure that your pet is protected and cared for in the event of an emergency. We can place the chip during surgery or during our vaccine clinic on 6/22 or by walk in on 6/18 from 10 am until noon.

We just want to make everyone aware that our phones and internet have been down from the storm this weekend. We have asked the phone company to roll the phone calls over to our personal cell phones, so we are doing the best that we can. We are still open during normal business hours.

We hope that everyone is safe! It was a pretty bad storm, but we will all make it through it!

We want to thank and recognize The Pet Hospital on Oakwood today for being an amazing partner and for frankly, saving Mew from almost having to shut our doors back in 2021.

Mew was at a crossroads that summer due to a lack of available appts that could meet our volume, at any of our existing vet partners at the time. We started looking for another partner solution and came across Oakwood Pet Hospital in north Bentonville. They quickly brought us on, gave us the appointments that we needed AND at the costs that we needed. We haven’t looked back since and continue to do the majority of our spay neuter/vaccine services for all our cats at Oakwood.

We appreciate how well they treat us and they often go way out of their way to help us- letting us over book sometimes, dealing with last minute cancellations and changes, and even letting us a schedule a dog a few weeks back 😂. They are careful to guard our account making sure no unauthorized appointments are made and that we keep our costs down even when we have emergency situations.
If you are looking for a vet - definitely consider Oakwood, they get an A+++ from us here at Mew!
