🚨Campus Veterinary Clinic will be closed for 4 consecutive days starting on Thanksgiving, which is Thursday, 11/28. The clinic will reopen on Monday, 12/2.
If your pet needs any refills, please let us know by Tuesday, 11/26, so we can ensure all prescriptions can be filled and picked up by Wednesday, 11/27.
As always, if you have an emergency over the Thanksgiving weekend, please contact your local emergency vet, such as PETS Referral Center or Urgent Pet Care.

Here are some facts about dog slobber:
💦Drooling is a reflex and dogs cannot help it.
💦Dogs may drool to cool themselves down, however excessive drooling is a sign of heat stroke, so it’s best to be careful.
💦Breeds with larger jowls and loose lips tend to drool more.

Today is National . Symptoms of Lymphoma in dogs and cats includes enlarged lymph nodes (commonly under the jaw or behind the knee), loss of appetite, weight loss, vomiting and diarrhea, skin ulcers, and respiratory distress. If you notice any of these symptoms contact your veterinarian. 🩺🐾

Meet Fiddle!

We met Fiddle in January of 2020, two weeks before the pandemic began. We had been wanting to adopt a dog for a long time, and were waiting to learn about a dog that needed a new home. We discovered that there was a dog named Daffodil at a shelter called Pets in Need in Palo Alto. We drove down to meet her, and it was love at first sight! We ultimately renamed her Fiddle!

Fiddle’s favorite activity is greeting everyone with great excitement. She is such a people person. She has one or two energy bursts a day, in which she runs around the house at top speed, as if following an obstacle course! She also love, love, loves, to lick, lick, lick!
