On Thursday, December 19th from 6-9 PM we will be hosting our monthly Dungeons & Dragons campaign at the café! Your ticket will include 3 hours of gameplay, a specialty drink of your choice, AND time in the cat lounge during your adventure! ✨

This event is great for new and experienced players. You can show up with a character already made, or we can help you create one before beginning your journey. We recommend you bring your own set of dice, and leave the rest to us! 🐾

After some exciting renovations, the Kokomo Cat Café is reopening its doors on Wednesday, December 11th! 🐾☕

Here’s what’s new:
✨ More Room for Cats! Our colony has grown to help even more felines find their forever homes. After seeing so many successful adoptions, we’re doubling down on our mission to match these precious kitties with loving families. 🏡❤️

✨ No Entry Fee! That’s right—visiting the cats is now free. We want everyone to have the chance to meet and fall in love with our adoptable furry friends. 🐈✨

✨ Adoption Center Focus! While we’ll still serve our signature coffee, the main goal is finding homes for our kitties. Let’s help them find their purr-fect match! 🐾💞

🚫 Event Rentals No Longer Available: To keep our focus on the cats, we won’t be renting the space for events anymore.

Need to get your kitten fix? We’ve got just the thing for you! 🐱

Tomorrow will be our second kitten pop-up event in collaboration with Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control! Just like last time, same-day adoptions will be available for all visitors, of both kittens and current resident cats!

We will post the kittens that are brought to us once they arrive tomorrow on our story. We’re so excited to see how many we can get adopted tomorrow! Please share this fun event and stop in to see the action! 🐾

Come adopt a kitten or two at Black Forest Cat Café this Wednesday, September 20, from 1 to 5 pm!

We are facilitating same-day adoptions for the kittens we are bringing and can also adopt out the adult cats at the café that have been there already. With our sale going on, cats and kittens will have an adoption fee of just $5!

Thank you so much to BFCC for hosting this pop up adoption event to help get more kittens and cats into their loving homes!

To adopt, you will need to bring a photo ID, form of payment, and be at least 18 years of age. We will have adoption applications there to fill out.

This cutie pie is Heidi and she is here to show you how many of her friends were adopted last week. A grand total of 60 animals are now resting peacefully in their loving homes! We are so grateful for our adopters! You save two lives when you adopt: the animal you adopted and the animal taking that kennel space.

Heidi came to our shelter on September 1st as an owner surrender with her babies due to personal reasons. All of her kittens have found homes, now it is Heidi's turn to find her forever. She is a petite girl with a sweet and gentle personality. With the help of Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control, kittens are coming to Black Forest Cat Café!

Next Wednesday from 1:30PM-5:00PM, we will be housing kittens (in addition to our current resident cats!) and will offer same-day adoptions! Entrance to the cat lounge will be same as normal, so be sure to make a reservation online during that time to get a chance to meet them! (Walk-in visits will also be available if space allows!)

As you know, Fort Wayne’s animal shelters are currently struggling with overcrowding from way too many cats! We are hoping that by hosting this pop-up, we can help them out by getting these kittens homes! 🏠
