We know it is only January but summer bookings are already filling our schedules. Before we head into our busy season we wanted to share a few reminders with you all

1. We will not be accepting new dog families from May 1st until October 1st. If you are currently a part of our family and get a new dog, we will accept them.
2. We will fill up quickly for February vacation, April vacation and all summer dates so book your pups stay sooner rather than later.
3. We have attached our hours and cancelation policy to this post as well. Please make note and plan accordingly.

We can't wait for another season of fun on the hill with your dogs.

Mark your calendars for 2025!
Yes it is a year away but many have asked us what our vacation dates are for next year. You will notice we will be closed for a longer period of time. We did not come to that decision easily, as we know your dogs depend greatly on our consistent schedule of daycare and boarding. While we do have amazing employees, when our kennel is open Dirk and I are focused on the dogs, their families and the what if scenarios that may occur. In order for us to fully enjoy our planned Disney vacation with our family we have to shut down completely. We are giving you all these dates now and will do continued reminders as the year goes on for you all to plan accordingly.

2025 is a family focused year for Dirk and I. While we will continue to give all of our dog families the amazing care we have provided for 8 years, we also will be making quality time with our kids a top priority.

We are sharing our holiday hours again.
THERE IS NO DAYCARE ON CHRISTMAS EVE AND
CHRISTMAS DAY

We are caring for boarding dogs during the holiday, but will not be available for customers. Please plan accordingly. We will be locking the doors at 11am on Christmas Eve.

🌲All holiday hours are NOT NEGOTIABLE. Our doors will be locked for customers at 11am on Christmas eve.

Our schedule is filling up with holiday visitors and winter vacations. Take advantage of our prepayment discounts now and save a little for your holiday shopping.
This savings opportunity is for all overnight visits. You don't have to have current visits scheduled in order to prepay but credits must be used within 6 months of prepayment.

We are kicking off
" Friday Faces"
On Fridays we will share some of the adorable pups that came to visit us throughout the week.
As this is the first week some of these photos are from throughout the fall, not just this week. We did miss capturing Rocky and Sydney but we guarantee you will see their beautiful faces next Friday. 🥺

We unfortunately did not do our Halloween costume contest this year and Oliver shared his opinion clearly!

Dirk and I truly tried to capture every friend in costumes which quickly became an overwhelming task. With many new friends for boarding and daycare, we just couldn't get to everyone and I never want a pup to feel left out! However starting this Friday, we will be doing "Friday Faces" sharing some of the pups that have been on the hill each week. And of course Santa will make an appearance as Christmas approaches.

It is bittersweet but we have reached our capacity for new clients until after Labor Day.

Summer is just beginning but winter visits are already filling our schedule.
Due to a high number of January requests, we are moving our annual closure to
🐶December 9th- December 15th🐶
All dogs must be picked up by 7pm on Sunday December 8th. We will reopen on Monday December 16th at 7am.

📅Mark your calendars now and please plan accordingly. We will be closed for daycare, boarding and grooming. Our farm store will also be closed.

The summer season is quickly approaching! Here are a few reminders as you plan your pup's visits to the hill.

📣Update to our hours📣

We no longer will be observing 15 minute "grace period" for our hours. Should you be running late, please notify us. However should you arrive early or late without notice, a $20 fee will be charged.

There have been many questions regarding bookings, baths and pre-payments! Here are some answers that we hope will help.

1. Registration and pre-booking is reguired. We do not accept walk- in clients for grooming, daycare or boarding.

2. We can accept last minute bookings for regular dog families depending on availability.

3. Booking weeks or months in advance is a great way to guarantee a space for your pup,especially for new dog families.

4. Our prepayment discounts are applied when payment is received and only if received 30 days prior to your next boarding visit. Even if you booked months in advance, you only are given a prepayment discount if you pay ahead, not when you book.

5. Prepayment discounts can not be doubled with our extended stay discount and does not apply to any grooming services done while boarding.

6. All baths/groomings requested during your pups boarding visit will be completed within 24 hour of your requested pick up. Due to the high demand of this service we can no longer guarantee bath/grooming services the same day as pick up.

7. We do not groom on Sundays. All Sunday grooms will be completed on Saturday.
