Today, we're excited to celebrate and express our heartfelt gratitude for our six incredible Veterinary Assistants Ashley, Scotland, Bailey, Hallie, and Annike alongside their outstanding Team Leader, Tonia.

Some of their roles include, but are not limited to: performing bloodwork to assist doctors in diagnosis, assisting with X-ray procedures to obtain the highest quality images of your pets, holding and comforting animals during examinations to help keep them calm and still, drawing up vaccines, assisting during surgical procedures to ensure the availability of necessary instruments and equipment, and supporting the technician with any needs that arise during the procedure.

We have an amazing team and are so thankful for them all.

I love being a Veterinary receptionist, its so rewarding because we are the essential "first hello" and "last goodbye,"providing a calm, empathetic, and reassuring voice for pets and their owners during stressful times.
I love being in this vital role that balances fast-paced, multi-tasking skills with opportunities to form deep, compassionate connections with our clients.

What I value most about working in CSR is the opportunity to support people during moments that can feel stressful or overwhelming. I find it meaningful to step in with a calm, understanding approach and help guide clients through their concerns. Whether it’s answering questions, solving problems, or simply listening, I enjoy being someone they can rely on. Providing clear, helpful information and making the process easier for them is what makes the role so rewarding to me.
