We have had a baby boom this last week! Hollands and Netherlands! Good job mama's 🥰

Holland - Acorn (chestnut) to Squirtle (broken chin) = 4 - 3 torts and a chestnut

Holland - Creamcakes (cream) to Cheeto (orange) = 2 - 1 cream and 1 harli

Netherlands - Waffles (chocolate frosty) to Spaz (broken chocolate) = 3 total all look to be chestnut will have to wait and see if they are chocolate chestnuts when their fur completely comes in

While at convention I came across a handsome otter buck as I wad looking thru the Hollands. When I told him he was such a handsome boy he perked up at my voice and tried to get to me thru the cage. So I bent down to pet him thru the door. Only to glance at the cage tag and realize it's my Fireball. My most sweet and hyper boy! I sold him last year at convention to a youth in Oregon. She brought him this year with his son and daughter. It was a happy reunion today. I absolutely love this boy. So happy to see how he has matured. His head popped and he is gorgeous 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Guess what time it is? Baby watch time! Finally after 6-8 month of terrible fertility issues. Switched feed almost 2 months ago to Templeton and finally the girls have taken. One buck I have bred him 5 times prior to proven does and nothing. Fingers crossed and mama's do well. Couple of them are first timers. 4 litters expected tomorrow.

I received this notification today. If for some reason this is true and they shut down my rabbitry page. I am making a backup page. I am highly suspicious of the notification and link especially since alot of other rabbit people have had their pages high jacked. I haven't clicked on the link. Especially since the post they say I posted isn't even a post I made nor is it a post on my rabbitry page. 🤷‍♀️

It's a sad day here in the barn. RIP little Butternut. You were always the happiest cheerful little bun. She was my favorite Holland doe and one of the 2 of our first Holland does that we started our rabbitry with. If you have a bun our of our otter lines it's is probably related to her. She was the greatest mama and would foster anything. She was the sweetest girl. She will be greatly missed. I will miss your happy little face when I open the barn door.

So Miss Porshe is the only surviving baby out of Money and Leo's litter of 6. We came back from our transport run to triaging buns that got over heated a couple days before coming home. This little one has been running around the kitchen since then. She is quite the diva and thinks she runs the house. Constantly wants in the fridge, sits on your feet, follows you everywhere like a dog,and now her new favorite activity is to mimick the cats and sit in the window sill. To say she is a spoiled brat is put it nicely and she knows it too 😂
