I have PTSD from being sexually assaulted by Jim Stover. He was two years my senior and received money from AFROTC for his scholarship to Lehigh University. Lehigh University and the U.S. Air Force never too any action against him. I was harassed out of the program. I lost two scholarships. Lehigh University flunked me. Hi! I called 911. Sgt. Matthew Andrews responded. Sgt. Matthew Andrews refused to arrest Lisa Northern. Lisa is the woman that assaulted me on 8/23/23. I had blood dripping down my arms from 8 puncture wounds. Officer Terry Miller refused to arrest her for the assault or the drunk in public. Officer Miller would not give me a protective order.
