Happy Tails Dog Ranch is a kennel who caters to the canine client who wants to get his fill of the ranch life for a day or for a longer stay. All of our guests get to join in on lots of co-mingled play with their doggie friends every morning and every afternoon. We have 5 large dog yards making up a total of 1.5 acres of fully fenced play space. Our groups are always supervised, so as to be sure o

nly compatible animals are kept together. New customers come for an Evaluation Day of Daycare. This day is a normal daycare day, except that our staff takes special care to introduce the new dog to our best citizens in the group that day. Notes are taken and provided to the owner at the end of the day regarding how well your dog adapted to our environment during the day. An Eval day is required before boarding, so that your dog has a chance to get to know us and our routine before they come back for an extended stay. Required vaccination paperwork will be needed on your first day as well - including Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Hey Happy Tailers

Meet Bingo. Yes, that is his name-o. Bingo is the newest foster puppy to make a temporary stop in The Red House at The Ranch on his search for a loving family. This little guy has been through it. His first couple of months, after leaving his Mum, were less than ideal. In fact, his first home, was, umm, let’s just say it had less of a “cozy family” and more of a “neglected houseplant.” vibe. And not in a needy fern way— we’re talking a dusty succulent. The kind you water once a year when the guilt sets in.

Little Bingo has spent most of his 4-5 months on this spinning space orb we all call home, being treated like last week’s leftover Turkey scraps. Turns out, much to the dismay of his first family, puppies don’t thrive on the “set-it-and-forget-it” mode So, when little Bingo being locked up in a crate for endless hours a day even became to much for them to handle, they dumped him at a shelter, where his hope of a happy home faded even further.

The shelter, seeing that little Bingo was deteriorating and becoming even more withdrawn, understood that he needed some TLC and personalized attention. They reached out to our amazing friends over at Bounce Animal Rescue to see if they had an open foster home for Bingo. That is where Bingo’s journey with us then began. As soon as we heard Bingo’s story, we snatched him up and have been showering him with the attention and cuddles he so desperately needs and deserves.

We are happy to report, that Bingo is thriving in his foster home. Within the first few hours of arriving here at The Ranch, he stole the hearts of everyone he met. He is all personality and has that classic chihuahua sass, He’s small but mighty, sweet but spicy, and honestly, way too cool for the people who let him down the first time. He is still learning the doggie door, needs some patience with potty training, and he may never really feel comfortable being crated again, but you can’t help but fall in love with his sweet spirit.

Now that Bingo is finding his spark again, he is ready to find his new besties. So here’s the dealio: Bingo’s ready for a forever home. Not just any home, though. He’s looking for the VIP suite. Love, snuggles, and snackies on demand. If you think you’ve got what it takes, and are ready to be Bingo’s bff, visit our friends over at Bounce Animal Rescue for more information on how to adopt this adorable little dude.
