Let’s all face it: I have the coolest Ameerega trivittata “Green” ever. This one was all pink a while ago, and is now transitioning back to black! I don’t know what genes are involved with this, but they go from pinkish purple back to black all the time!
Just pulled eggs he was guarding so he wasn’t too pleased…

I am extremely ill today. I will be unable to get most frog orders out. Not sure what I have but can barely keep my eyes open, let alone drive. Anyone with Wednesday to Thursday shipments we will need to reschedule. I’ll try and have April get the remaining feeder orders out.

We’ve upgraded your favorite moss mix! I have added LEDs to the packaging and upgraded the nutrient suspension! Moss mix should now have some extended shelf life! Really proud of how good it’s getting! We use many types of tropical liverworts and mosses, not just temperate species like other places! Plus, we are now able to use more fern spores! If you haven’t tried it, give it a shot! I am so happy with the new improvements, and I really think previous users will enjoy the newest advancements!

The retail store will be closed for renovations from February 04-February 24! The “store” will still be operational but the front door will be locked off. All business will be done through the side door. You will still be able to come into the facility and shop! The “store” contents will be moved into the main room. Thank you!

Ameerega are one of my favorite Genera of poison frogs! Working on a display wall for this Genus is going to be a passion project of mine, and I can’t wait to get them all into their new homes! There are a few not pictured here, such as A. hahneli and A. silverstonei, among a few others, but this picture captures some of their diversity!
