Social, easy to train, highly bonded to humans are just a few things that make springers excellent therapy dogs, rescue dogs, hunting partners and the entire family's best friend..... we just haven't found all of those qualities in another breed. First every California Springer has a forever home. Should you lose your job, house or spouse or just find yourself in circumstances that require you to find a new home for your companion, our springers are always welcome back. In that same line of thinking, we do not sell pups with UNLIMITED REGISTRATION. We take breeding very seriously and hope that people put as much effort and education into the considerations of breeding that we have. Our pups are sold as family companions, hunting partners or both but we are not providing unlimited registration unless there is good reason to do so. To sell more pups is not a good enough reason for us. A good breeding program is more than just putting any two purebreds together. We believe breeders should be in a position to provide care for a lifetime of the pups they produce. Breeding is an enormous lifetime responsibility to these pups, not a practice for giving a view of the circle of life for our children to experience. If that were every breeders position, our animal shelters would be empty. So please understand that pups are AKC REGISTERED with limited registration only (no breeding rights) for good reason. We are not breeding to produce more breeders. We are breeding to produce beautiful, intelligent, healthy family companions, and sporting partners.
