If you want some local honey, we've got it!

Black Locust w/wildflowers: $10 for 1 lb. bottle.

Japanese Knotweed: $8 for 12 oz. bear.

Crystalized Black Locust: $5 for 1 lb. bottle.

(There's nothing wrong or bad about crystalized honey! It can be used as is or gently heated to get it back to its original form)

We're still working on our honor stand, so if you're interested, dm me or send me a text and let me know when you'll be by (just to make sure I'm home).

We now have Japanese Knotweed honey! Not 100 percent Knotweed as there is most likely some wildflower in there, too.

Japanese Knotweed honey is dark and has a strong flavor.

1 lb. Bottles - $10 each
12 oz. Bear Bottles - $8 each

We also have a limited amount of
Black Locust honey - 1 lb. Bottles -$12 each

Black Locust honey is pale yellow with a milder floral flavor. We don't get it every year, so when we do we are super happy!

Both contain powerful anti-oxidants and are anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. Some say local honey helps people with allergies, too!

Our Summer flow is usually Black Locust, a subtle, pale gold honey.

Fall is mainly Japanese Knotweed, dark with a stronger flavor.

Both are so different, yet equally wonderful!
