My love for the Australian shepherd started over a decade ago, and has pretty much consumed my life since. Our aussies have become a lifestyle that both my fiancé and myself have dedicated ourselves to. My first Australian shepherd came into my life as a high school graduate that was finally financially independent with the ability to purchase her dream puppy in the form of a beautiful fuzzy black

tri aussies that became known as Jake. Jake was my very best friend, and he started it all for me. Today we have since owned multiple aussies and have had the privilege of providing some amazing families with aussies of their own. Introducing some to the world of well-bred purebred dogs. My goal is to always preserve and protect my beloved breed and to share my love of this breed with us through education, cute puppy photos, and our breeding program.

I am making the attempt to go back to work today with the help of a co-worker who is willing to drive me there. Looking at all of these sleepy faces ( minus the puppies) makes me want to snuggle and go back to bed.

This beautiful girl and her handler are killing it!!! I'm so proud of this team. I have five puppies doing agility now, and I'm so proud of each and every one of them. Some are learning, others are more seasoned. They are each incredible in their own ways, and their owners have worked so hard to help them grow and succeed in the sport while making sure that they are having fun as a team!

SIX! I totally forgot about one that is playing in classes with her owners for fun.

It's a slow morning for us.

Are your pets trapped indoors because of the heat? Are you fighting their boredom? Canine enrichment doesn't have to be expensive or difficult. This evening, the dogs will be getting their dinner in the form of a frozen treat to work their brains a little bit. We have kibble, apples, and carrots mixed with plain yogurt and frozen together on their menu.

Groomed this guy this morning. Then I deep cleaned everything in my dog room, just finished up. The crates still need pressure washing and my dogs still need a good grooming but for now, a break. 😴

My lovely lady went winner's bitch for her 3rd dog show today in Columbus Ohio. She was handled by the lovely Katie Trippe. Thanks, Katie, for taking such amazing care of my girl and for getting her ring ready.

I love a beautiful day outside. I got some kisses in from my pups and some snuggles from Bailey, one of my boarding dogs. They all enjoyed their evening playing in the yard.

It's time to tend to the feral puppy and teach him some leash manners. Despite there being pork chops involved, he still feels like leash walking is abuse and that he should just get the pork chop pieces for being cute. He says being on a leash is for the birds.

I was unloading boxes yesterday at work, and Visa thought she was being crafty.

On the menu today, we have Buffalo ears.

What's that saying about brushing your teeth with oreos? Oh yeah! Grooming a dog is like brushing your teeth while eating oreos. This video is less than 24 hours after grooming a certain blue merle.... Jeanna! Lol as long as she's happy, I'm happy.
