Twice a day (during the first four weeks or until the pups get moved to a bigger area) I have to clean and change the bedding.

Momma does a real good job of cleaning but inevitably urine gets leaked through the blanket onto the whelping box. I’ve found p*e pads under blanket help absorb it, and that dries out the blanket some until the next changing.

Puppies are loads of work but keeping a clean environment is crucial to puppy health.
