Good morning everyone I wanted to remind everyone with the new year our prices have changed a bit and to kindly remind everyone of our shop policies please take note
I feel over time I have been pretty laid back on our shop policies however from this point forward these policies will actively being put in play.
First no call , no show on scheduled appointments we have a cancellation list of people waiting to get in when a client doesn't call to cancel or reschedule their appointment time that sadly doesn't give opportunity for another client to take you time slot so with this being said policy will be pressed. No call , no show if you choose to call and schedule at a later time slot you will be charged a fee for the missed appointment along with the grooming fee on the day of your grooming .. I'm sorry to have to press this however it's only fair when loss of wages from you not calling and allowing us to replace your time slot and not fair to others who would have jumped into your slot if they had been given the chance.
Second although I absolutely love having each and everyone of your dogs at the shop I also have ones who have special needs and are scheduled according to those special needs, from this point again The policy that has always been in place will be in play... When called to be picked up we allow an hr at most from time called after that time frame there will be a late pick up fee added to your groom fee that day. I'm truly sorry for this however we are not a day care service we are a grooming salon. I try my best for dogs not to be caged in the building so when they are there waiting to be picked up for hrs sadly caging needs to be used this is not ok in my eyes they all love to wander freely or just lounge out in the window and we enjoy allowing them to do this . When picking up late we can't allow them to do this for their own safety, not to mention I try my best for a cage free , stress free environment I want every dog to not feel they are being punished after they have a nice spa day. I care about you fur babe just as much as you do and this is not ok. So please plan accordingly we understand life happens ( traffic, appointments run behind ECT) please reach out or make these known at the time of drop off, scheduling or if sitting in traffic so that we can do our part to keep a positive experience for your dog.
Also please know that during business hrs if you call and we don't answer it's because we have dryers going ECT please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you in a timely manner , sometimes it may not be until the next business day so if you do not hear back for some odd reason within 24hrs please reach back out sometimes things get crazy and we may miss a few and I'm very sorry for that. We are closed Sunday and monday so if you call within those days please understand you will not receive a call back until the next open business day ( Tuesday) I have decided it's time I spend those days with my family at home or away but either way it's time I do so on the only days I'm home I appreciate the understanding .
