Once upon a time in a cozy little town, there lived a scruffy mutt named Max, renowned for his many adventures—and his uncanny ability to find the muddiest puddles just in time for the holidays. On Christmas Eve, after rolling in a particularly fragrant swamp and proudly donning a coat of muck, Max bounced through the front door straight into the living room where the family’s pristine Christmas tree stood. His owners gasped in horror, but before they could grab a towel, Max took off like a furry tornado, leaving muddy paw prints all over decorated presents and festive linens.
