Puppy Gratefulness Day
November 23rd 1-3pm
A special in-store event where puppy owners can bring their puppies for an afternoon of fun and socialization at our puppy nursery. The event will include mini-training sessions, social playtime for puppies, and a “Puppy Gratefulness Ceremony,” where owners can share what they’re most thankful for about their pups. Offer treats and a photo booth with a “Thankful for My Puppy” theme.
* Date: November 16th (Saturday)
* Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
* Location: Four Leggers Pet Supplies & Services
* What’s Included:
* Free puppy playtime session at the daycare
* Mini-training classes (introducing simple cues or leash walking)
* “Puppy Gratefulness Ceremony” where owners share a few words about what they’re thankful for about their puppy
* Thanksgiving-themed photo booth for puppies and their owners
* Special discounts on training packages and grooming services for attendees

This year we're committed to providing dog foods and supplies to pets living in the animal shelter. Those who donate will receive a coupon for 10% off premium foods at Four Leggers. We can't wait to see what how much food we can come up with as a community!!

All dogs have different personalities. And it couldn't be more clear who the outgoing friend is here. We're sure that Stella will warm up with a little help from her trainer friends. And Colby will get better at reading body language.

Lucy, Kistler, and Colby had a little play time this morning and we caught these super cute photos.

One of the most important parts of early development is play time. Polite play is something that is learned. Puppies need to be paired with others who have similar energy levels. We love pairing the pups up in nursery and seeing them run and tumble about. Our set up in nursery makes it easy to work out play time for these pups! 🐶

Just like these little ones learning and playing together, a confident and social pup is a joy to have around friends and family. 🐾❤️

Meet Shunkie!
Shunkie was actually one of our Jump Start Puppies. We had him for a short time before sending him home with Elyse. This lovable pup brings so much joy to their family, and we’re thrilled to share their story:

Freya is such a fun dog to have in University. Any time the air gets a little stale we grab her to help reenergize everyone. Her joyful spirit and prankster aditude always bring out a silly side in all of us. Dogs are so great to have around because they help balance you, and that's just what Freya does for us. She brings us up when we're feeling down!

This beautiful litte pup is Ripley. He's a little ball of energy who loves to pump everyone up. He's been training along side his sister, Remi-grace, and he's turning out to be a great pup. He's been doing so well in University!

Lulu has been steadily learning here at Four Leggers Nursery School For Puppies. One of the things that she's best at is play groups. When she's in a group of highly energetic dogs she's always happy to join the fun! She zips around the room at full speed only slowing down to let the others get a chance at catching her. And when she's done and had her fun, she rests in the corner.

We cannot stress how much work it takes to build a dog's self esteem to make sure they're confident when they play with other dogs. That's why socialization like this is so exciting to share. She's a great pup to have in nursery, and she's come so far since the day she arrived!

Our Doggie Daycare is such a special place. We're able to have fun and play games with the dogs, but we also take time to slow down and relax with the pups and they need it. It's the perfect balance.

Sugar has been spending a lot of her time in daycare recently. When she was in Nursery School for Puppies and University we worked with her to be well socialized and ready to engage with others. Because of her consistent training, Sugar is well acclimated to a busy environment and is doing great in daycare!
